We are looking to fill two positions within our cold deli department. In this position, your responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by stocking counters and addressing customer requirements.
• Managing and restocking product displays and shelves to align with company guidelines, including product rotation.
• Preserving the cleanliness and organization of the serving and sales areas.
• Handling tasks such as slicing and packaging meat, as well as pricing and weighing products.
• Ensuring accuracy in pricing.
• Supporting general cleanup.
• Upholding company policies and work standards.
• Operating and maintaining cleanliness of deli slicers and other equipment.
• Completing any additional duties delegated by your department manager.
  
  

Requirements:

• Exhibit strong teamwork skills and possess a keen eye for detail.
• Address customer needs and requests in a prompt and amicable manner.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to function autonomously in a dynamic work environment.
• Display self-reliance and enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge.
• Showcase resourcefulness and professionalism in handling customer inquiries.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs, sustaining prolonged standing, and continuous movement throughout shifts.
• Comprehend and adhere to the store's regulations and protocols.
• Possess 3-5 years of deli experience is an asset.
• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  
  

Store Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8am - 9pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8am - 7pm
