Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety standards including cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, and sell-by/expiration date monitoring.
• Take and prepare deli orders, including hot food merchandise and rotisserie chicken, and fill prepared side dishes for display.
• Prepare bakery merchandise by thawing and baking guidelines for bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls to ensure quality and visual presentation.
• Follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labelling.
