Qualifications

University degree or College diploma is required.
3 years automotive experience preferred.
Knowledge of Honda Financial Services products and programs, retail for new and used vehicle businesses is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Direct and support the powersports Dealer Network to set and achieve key performance metrics; facilitate meetings and align strategies.
Direct and support the Auto Dealer Network with sales and financial KPIs; review performance and develop dealer plans.
Develop baseline understanding of PSP and Auto dealer financials; navigate financial analysis tools and KPI dashboards.
Improve underperforming dealers by creating action plans and reviewing results with dealer principals monthly.
Coordinate communications, training, and publications to ensure dealers stay informed and motivated.
