What You’ll Be Doing

This role is all about leadership and execution. You’ll oversee all aspects of variable and fixed operations, leading your team to success and creating an unbeatable customer experience. You’ll work closely with customers, department heads, manufacturers, and vendors—all while building a powerhouse culture.

You’ll be measured on your ability to achieve and exceed:

  • Unit sales volume and profitability in all departments
  • Expense management
  • Employee retention and engagement
  • Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven General Manager or General Sales Manager experience
  • 10+ years in automotive or similar leadership
  • Strong financial and operational acumen—you know the numbers and how to move them
  • Infectious energy and the ability to inspire a team
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
