Job summary

TELUS Health in Canada is seeking a DC Pension Analyst to join the Benefits Administration team. You will manage defined contribution pension plans for corporate clients, process transactions, generate client reports, and respond to member inquiries.

Qualifications

• University degree and knowledge of pension and tax legislation.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-focused pension role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process interfund transfers, contributions, withdrawals and terminations for clients.
• Provides regular and ad hoc reports for clients.
• Respond to plan member and client inquiries and requests.
• Enter, update and audit information; perform and proofs transactions on in-house software.
• Liaises with consultants, trust companies and investment manager representatives concerning clients’ DC plans.
• Performs reconciliations on a monthly basis.
