Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Guard for Burlington, Ontario. The role is full-time with day shifts from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, offering a competitive hourly pay rate of $17.68.

Candidates must hold an Ontario security guard license and be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week. The position requires patrol experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with access control, CCTV, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Ontario security guard license required.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year patrolling experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid First Aid and CPR - Level C.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility and maintain security.
• Present a professional image at all times.
• Patrol indoors and outdoors per post orders.
• Respond to emergencies per site procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and records.
• Operate security room equipment (CCTV, radio).
• Perform in-car/vehicle patrols.
