Qualifications

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues with a safety-focused mindset.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our day shift, playing a crucial role in bringing our high-quality products to life. This position is vital to our production process, ensuring the integrity and functionality of our assemblies that drive our success and meet global standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for assembly by interpreting instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
  • Precisely position and assemble components and subassemblies.
  • Verify completed components against specifications through accurate measurements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, collaborating with the Manufacturing Supervisor when needed.
  • Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
  • Uphold a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory of supplies, ensuring availability and efficient resource use.
  • Document production and quality details meticulously.
  • Contribute to design modifications and execute fixture building and hydraulics tasks.
  • Maintain ISO quality standards through diligent verification and inspection of parts.
  • Perform first-off and final inspections, completing and maintaining inspection records.
  • Inspect incoming materials, documenting any discrepancies or quality issues.
  • Report tolerance deviations to the Supervisor promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting assembly instructions and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements.
  • Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality control standards and inspection procedures.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fixture Assembly (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CMM Operating (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of machining (preferred).
