I Have A Chance Support Services Ltd. (IHACSS) is seeking a Day Options Program Manager to lead development, delivery, and continuous improvement of DOP, building accessible opportunities reflecting individuals' interests and goals.

This hands-on leadership role combines life skills, wellness, recreation, and community participation with staff supervision and accountability for program quality and outcomes. Location: Stony Plain, Alberta.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Health Services, Human Services, Disability Services, Special Education, Recreational Therapy, or related field.
• Additional coursework/certifications in program planning, life skills development, behavior support, or wellness education.
• Experience with adults with disabilities and complex needs.
• Knowledge of ICPs and Behaviour Support Plans is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and facilitate structured programming combining life skills, wellness, recreation, and community participation.
• Create monthly activity calendars and share with individuals, staff, and homes.
• Supervise DOP facilitators and support performance and development.
• Maintain DOP records, quarterly reports, and program documentation.
• Build and maintain community partnerships to create opportunities.
