Job summary

RBC in Canada is seeking a Winter 2027 Student placement to gain hands-on experience in business classification. You will join an agile team and contribute to project goals while learning RBC’s classification elements.

The four-month term offers collaboration with stakeholders, opportunities to enhance processes, and development through coaching. To qualify, you must be returning to school after April 2027 and be located in Ontario for the term.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and resolve data related issues.
• Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven.
• Effective communications skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex data environments and related issues.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain a working knowledge of RBC’s business classification elements
• Work as part of an agile team to achieve project goals related to business classification
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance processes
• Closely work with and respond to Stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries and access requests within standard SLA’s
• Apply critical thought to existing tools, controls and processes; make recommendations and test solutions
