• Define and execute a data strategy for Group Benefits.
• Understand drivers and data needs to fuel growth.
• Prioritize data requirements and reusable data objects with data teams.
• Hold delivery teams accountable and report progress to Senior Management.
• Identify resource gaps to meet project timelines.
• Manage partners across Analytics, IT, Product and Operations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy and Business Development on data inflows.
• Adopt and promote data governance and protection policies.
• Lead special projects as required.
