Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a Data Strategy Analyst in Toronto to support governance, data roadmaps, and product certification across data initiatives. You will collaborate with data stewards, product owners, and delivery teams to drive data-driven decisions, align with business goals, and maintain governance standards.

The role requires strong analytics, cloud and visualization skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Hybrid work is offered in Toronto, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Management, IT, Business Analytics, Informatics).
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and principles.
• Experience managing data lifecycle.
• Ability to align data strategy with business goals.
• Experience in data strategy development and implementation.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
• Proficiency with data visualization and dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (MS Azure) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in implementing data governance policies.
• Maintain the data roadmap and align data usage with business strategies.
• Develop relationships with data stewards, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate ongoing data strategy and roadmap maintenance.
• Assist in intake of new data products and governance meetings.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver data products delivering business value.
• Support budgeting and spend summaries for data and analytics projects.
• Promote data-driven decision making and a culture of data awareness.
