Travel to Office expectations

For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.

For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.

Position Summary

The Senior Data Governance Analyst plays a lead role in executing and advancing PointClickCare's Data Governance program. This role owns complex data governance workstreams, drives data quality improvements, leads metadata and catalog initiatives, and acts as a trusted advisor to Data Owners and Stewards across business domains. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Governance and Quality, the Senior Data Governance Analyst exercises significant autonomy in planning and executing workstreams, influences cross-functional stakeholders, mentors junior analysts, and contributes to the continuous maturation of the organization's data management capabilities. This role requires both strong analytical expertise and the ability to communicate governance requirements and quality findings to business and technical audiences.
