Data Specialist Responsibilities

• Define and implement automated probe requests to ensure data conversion quality.
• Assist the Data Conversion Manager with best practices and validation report analysis.
• Maintain documentation of database fields.
• Review and improve data QA processes to minimize defects and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with data owners to resolve data quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Apply lessons learned to enhance work methods after each iteration.

Requirements

• Education in business administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in SQL data management.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Curious, resourceful, and enjoys research.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities to guide and mentor project members.
• Organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of pension plans, administration, or actuarial science.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience managing projects with minimal supervision.
