Job summary

Citco is seeking a Manager, Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement in Toronto (Hybrid) to lead data, reporting and platform delivery for Private Assets. The role focuses on owning analysis, reporting build, testing and ensuring data quality across client implementations and go-lives.

You will partner with Operations, IT and Transformation to define requirements, build scalable reporting, and drive adoption of data solutions across fund structures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Exposure to reporting or data work.
• Strong knowledge of private assets processes and the data they produce.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining reporting, or willingness to develop in that direction.
• Comfortable working with technology partners and root-cause analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data, reporting and platform delivery with hands-on analysis, reporting build and testing.
• Gather and document data and reporting requirements from Operations teams.
• Build, test and maintain reporting outputs and analysis to evidence problems and measure benefits.
• Investigate data quality issues and trace them back to source.
• Build and execute test scripts for platform and reporting changes and track defects.
• Support platform implementation tasks across fund structures and new client setups.
• Prepare user guidance and support Operations through go-live.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reporting.
