Job summary

Citco, a leading provider in asset services, seeks a Manager of Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement in Toronto. You will own data quality, reporting development, and platform changes across private assets operations, collaborating with technology and client teams to ensure scalable, accurate outputs.

The role requires 4+ years in private assets accounting or operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end reporting initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Solid technical knowledge of private assets processes and the data they produce.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining reporting, or a clear appetite to develop in that direction.
• Comfortable working with technology partners and asking the questions needed to get to a root cause.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate data and evidence a recommendation.
• Attention to detail and a proven ability to manage several pieces of work at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel); exposure to reporting, workflow or automation tooling an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support data, reporting and platform delivery, with hands-on ownership of analysis, reporting build and testing.
• Gather and document data and reporting requirements from Operations teams.
• Build, test and maintain reporting outputs and analysis used to evidence problems and measure benefits.
• Investigate data quality issues and trace them back to source.
• Build and execute test scripts for platform and reporting change, and track defects through to resolution.
• Support platform implementation tasks across fund structures, new client setups and transitions.
• Prepare user guidance and support Operations teams through go-live.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reporting.
