Job summary

Exacare ai is looking for a Data Analyst to build and scale our customer-facing analytics offering. You will work closely with the Data Lead to embed data into workflows and productize insights for customers.

The role bridges data analysis with customer communications, dashboards, and internal collaboration. You will contribute to the data strategy across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in data/product analytics, strategy consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (Looker/ Tableau/ Power BI or similar).
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and robust modeling capabilities.
• Experience communicating insights to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to productize Exacare's data and define value for customers.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to scope and build reporting for new features.
• Translate business needs into data requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Lead customer-facing data and reporting initiatives, dashboards, and bespoke reporting.
