Global Excel Management Inc. is seeking an Analytics Developer I to transform complex data into actionable insights and visualizations.

You’ll collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, and analytics teams to gather requirements, develop reports, and deliver high-quality dashboards. The role involves building interactive dashboards, performing ad-hoc analyses, and supporting end-users to foster self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience as BI Developer or similar in data visualization and reporting.
• PowerBI and/or Cognos experience; interactive dashboards, reports, visualizations.
• Basic SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake data modeling.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data integration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Capture reporting and analytical needs from business stakeholders.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Cognos.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineers to maintain data quality and data models.
