Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our data team in downtown Toronto. You’ll strengthen production dashboards, onboard data, and design scalable data models for new analytics initiatives.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to translate business questions into clear analyses, build end-to-end pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics engineering or related field; 6–7 years ideal.
• Strong SQL expertise across large/complex datasets.
• Hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau or Power BI).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve production dashboards and data onboarding.
• Design data models largely from scratch to sharpen analysis.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to translate questions into analysis.
• Build reliable pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate analysis and iteration.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Contribute to data documentation and governance.
