Job summary

Roadpost is seeking a Data Lead to build and own ZOLEO’s data foundation, including data lake, pipelines, analytics layer, and governance. You will partner with teams to ensure data is analytics-ready and free of bottlenecks, enabling product metrics, financial reporting, and AI initiatives.

You will lead and coach data engineers while maintaining ~80% hands-on contribution, focusing on secure, scalable data access and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering, data platform, or analytics roles.
• 3+ years in technical leadership capacity.
• Experience leading dataplatforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the data platform end-to-end: ingestion, storage, transformation, analytics.
• Establish data governance, quality standards, lineage, and SLAs.
• Lead as player-coach: direction, coaching, and ~80% hands-on work.
• Steward platform performance, cost, and security.
