Location : Toronto, ON - Hybrid
Strategio is supporting a major investment data transformation initiative within one of Canada’s leading institutional investors. We are seeking a Data & IBOR Analyst with strong Capital Markets and Investment Data experience to help manage, analyze, and improve the flow of investment, position, security master, and market data across front‑office, risk, operations, and reporting platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of IBOR and ABOR concepts, data lineage, pricing feeds, and the downstream impact of data quality issues across the investment ecosystem.
You are naturally curious and analytical, with a strong understanding of how investment data moves throughout an organization. You don't simply see tables, databases, or reports, you understand the business impact of data and how issues propagate across downstream consumers when data is incorrect, delayed, or incomplete.
You are comfortable discussing concepts such as IBOR, ABOR, data lineage, golden sources, pricing feeds, and trade lifecycle events. You enjoy solving complex problems, investigating root causes, and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
At Strategio, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. We work hard to create a culture of kindness, honesty, and respect, and we are dedicated to creating higher‑performing organizations by addressing the lack of diversity in the workforce.
