Purolator is seeking an entry-level Operations Representative Data Entry Remediation in Etobicoke, ON. The role supports remediation, preparation, and clearance of items for accurate routing and billing within the sortation system.

Strong keyboarding, communication, and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will enter shipment details, scan barcodes, and prepare paperwork while escalating unresolved issues to CSR as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm or faster.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform remediation, preparation and clearance of items for routing and billing.
• Enter destination and shipment information to ensure correct routing (US/International).
• Review items for missing information and resolve issues via CSR escalation as needed.
• Scan barcodes, reprint/over-label as required for resolution.
• Prepare paperwork and maintain organization assets per guidelines.
• Operate across multiple software applications to resolve missing information.
