Our customer base includes Air Canada, WestJet, Canadian Coast Guard, Purolator, Petro Canada, Home Hardware, Alaska Airlines, and various government entities such as the Federal Government of Canada.

Job Summary:

The Data Entry - Bilingual (English and French) is responsible for creating, improving, maintaining, and migrating eCommerce stores. The incumbent will assist on multiple projects addressing B2B, B2C, and other organizational objectives.

Primary Duties:
  1. Maintain administrative support for existing eCommerce client stores and manage help desk tickets.
  2. Construct customer catalogs and product listings.
  3. Upload and program finished photos for online product representations.
  4. Manage customer user logins, password allotments, and points.
  5. Verify and troubleshoot any arising issues.
  6. Maintain and upload employee weekly SFTP files.
  7. Plan and coordinate platform mergers.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:

Completion of a vocational, technical, or business school diploma related to electronic commerce, website content development, or internet and mobile services. Minimum of 1 year experience in eCommerce, website design, interactive media development, data administration, or information systems analysis.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and French, with active listening skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities—using logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions and approaches.

  • Advanced computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, Publisher, Photoshop, Filezilla, Blue Cherry, SQL database administration, WebX, Adobe Creative Suite.
