How do we work?

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Data Engineering Senior Manager to manage a team and bring maturity and experience to the rest of the data team. We work in an international environment with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders located in North America, Europe and Asia.

• leverage and introduce engineering and people practices,

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

• 7+ years of experience in Data and/or Software Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in team management
• strong SQL and Python, clean code and engineering practices
• data engineering best practices, experience with an orchestration tool (e.g. Airflow)
• experience with a Cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• good knowledge of data modeling
• experience and understanding of source control and continuous integration
• working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Nice to have:

• some knowledge of GCP
• understanding of trading
