Supply Chain Alliance Ltd. seeks a Business Analyst to join the Client Delivery Team. You will gather requirements, structure analytical workstreams, and translate complex data into decision-ready recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.

The role includes developing client-specific recommendations, implementing initiatives, and supporting startup or turnaround activities, reporting to the Practice Leader, Client Delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least five years in supply chain, operations, or consulting.
• Experience in supply chain domains and accreditation is a strong asset.
• Ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements with the client delivery team to develop impactful recommendations and solutions.
• Independently structure and execute analytical workstreams.
• Document client requirements and implement processes and best practices.
• Analyze current states, perform root-cause analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Present information and recommendations to facilitate timely decisions.
• Integrate and synthesize data to develop actionable insights.
• Develop professional reporting and client outputs.
• Support continuous improvement of analysis methods and templates.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Conduct client interviews and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Assess project risks and propose mitigation plans to Engagement Managers.
