Job summary

Lineage Logistics seeks a Transportation Business Analyst, Logistics Engineering, to optimize logistics systems and deliver data-driven insights for transportation performance. The role collaborates with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into configurations, processes, and actionable analytics.

You will lead root-cause analysis, analyze transportation data, and develop scalable SOPs.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or analytical roles (LTL / TL environment preferred).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an operational environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SQL and reporting development experience (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize logistics systems to support operational workflows and performance requirements.
Lead root cause analysis of complex system and operational issues.
Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions.
Partner with Technology teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and testing.
Develop and maintain reporting outputs to support operational decision-making.
Identify gaps in process adherence and recommend improvements.
Support standardization of workflows to improve consistency and efficiency.
