Job summary
Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) is seeking an analytical, tech-savvy Enterprise Portfolio Advisor to drive data‑driven decisions and improve governance across IT and corporate initiatives. You will turn portfolio data into insights, lead end‑to‑end improvements, and support enterprise‑level decision making with senior leaders.
You'll partner with the Senior Manager, Enterprise Portfolio to strengthen portfolio practices, enhance reporting, and ensure initiatives stay aligned to
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading full cycle projects.
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel or Power BI.
- Experience with project/portfolio management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
- Assets include governance frameworks, PM practices, and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project and portfolio data and translate into actionable insights.
- Improve portfolio governance templates and standards.
- Prepare monthly portfolio reporting and executive summaries.
- Support benefits, financial and risk management across the portfolio.
- Enhance and configure the PPM tool; provide user support and training.
- Contribute to project intake, prioritization and resource planning.
- Lead or support process improvements to boost delivery and agility.
