Job summary

Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) is seeking an analytical, tech‑savvy Enterprise Portfolio Advisor to support how the organization plans, prioritizes, and delivers its IT initiatives. You will work with the Senior Manager, Enterprise Portfolio to strengthen portfolio practices and align initiatives with strategic objectives.

You will lead end‑to‑end projects, manage data‑driven insights, and deliver monthly reporting for senior leadership, enabling smarter decision‑making across

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, project management, business, or related field.
• 4+ years leading full cycle projects.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with portfolio management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project and portfolio data and translate into actionable insights.
• Lead improvements to portfolio governance, templates, and standards.
• Prepare and deliver monthly portfolio reporting and executive summaries.
• Support benefits, financial, and risk management activities across the portfolio.
• Administer and enhance the PPM tool, including configuration and training.
• Contribute to project intake, prioritization, and resource planning.
• Lead or support process improvements to enhance delivery and agility.
