  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment in data reporting processes.
  • Monitor emerging trends and best practices in evaluation, healthcare quality, and data use.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Attend meetings as required.

  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and security throughout all processes.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, summary tables, and dashboards using Excel and other tools.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in public health, health sciences, social sciences, research, data management, information systems, or a combination of equivalent lived and work experience.
  • Experience with data entry, data cleaning, data management, research support, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Proven experience working with sensitive information and understanding privacy and confidentiality obligations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and ask for clarification or **escalate** issues appropriately.
  • Experience working in health care, social services, homelessness, harm reduction, nonprofit, or community-based settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMRs, ICD-9-CA/CCI coding, clinical documentation review, or health-information data is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of FOIP, HIA, PIPEDA, or other relevant privacy legislations.
