The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong attention to detail, problem solving, and coordinating with other departments. Occasional overnight travel (~10%) may be required, with a focus on accurate reporting and timely data processes.

Formación

• Must have Business Administration Diploma or related post-secondary certificate and/or experience.
• Knowledge of CFSIS (Child & Family Services Information System) is preferred.
• Knowledge of FACTS (Family & Child Tracking System) is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a team.
• Sensitivity to and understanding of First Nations culture and values.
• Ability to speak and/or understand Cree or Dene is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Data functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Supervise, support and communicate with the Data team.
• Develop forms and spreadsheets; data entry; assist with audits.
• Identify training needs and address gaps.
• Maintain confidentiality according to Agency policies.
• Locate inadequacies and discrepancies in the system; ensure timely reporting.
