Job summary

The Themesoft Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Center Manager to oversee daily data center operations, IT infrastructure, facilities, maintenance, and technical teams.

The role involves managing servers, networking, storage, virtualization, power and cooling, security, and vendor relationships to ensure high availability and reliability of critical infrastructure. You will lead upgrades, incident response, capacity planning, budgets, and staff development, with occasional on-call duties as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in data center ops, IT infrastructure, or related environments.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, storage, virtualization, backup, and DR.
• Experience with power, cooling, environmental monitoring, and cabling.
• Proven vendor, contractor, budgets, maintenance schedules, and SLAs management.
• Strong incident, change, problem, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data center operations and incident response.
• Manage servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cabling, racks, power, and cooling.
• Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of critical infrastructure.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, expansions, and decommissioning projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Maintain procedures, inventories, diagrams, and compliance documents.
• Manage budgets, SLAs, capacity planning, risk assessments, and reporting.
• Lead and develop data center staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in on-call or after-hours support rotation.
