F6 Data Solutions is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead and develop field personnel across HVAC, data centers, and critical infrastructure. You will align workforce readiness with safety, quality, and customer outcomes while partnering with Site Leads, Project Managers, and HR.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and succession planning in a dynamic, travel-involved environment. A strong technical leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience interviewing, selecting, and developing technical field staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to field sites as required.
• Ability to balance customer, project, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and accountability of assigned field employees.
• Coach Site Leads and technicians to meet safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Partner with HR and leadership on disciplinary actions and development plans.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, and deployment across projects.
• Evaluate field performance using direct observation and stakeholder feedback.
• Participate in interviews for Field Technicians and Site Leads.
• Support succession planning and leadership development.
