Role and Responsibilities

Our Federal Government client requires a {JOB TITLE} to develop, plan, analyze, and evaluate requirements with the team and project authorities.

They will be responsible to:

• Lead the establishment and implementation of comprehensive security programs, including providing detailed guidance, consultation, and advice on security controls, policies, and standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies, strategies, and procedures for security programs, such as providing cybersecurity design reviews of architecture documentation, cybersecurity assessments against security standards, applicable policies, and industry best practices.
• Develop communication materials and protocols to ensure prompt collection and dissemination of cybersecurity information, advice, and conduct of security awareness and education.
• Provide leadership to project teams in mission-critical cybersecurity risk assessments and business continuity planning.
• Prepare research, evaluation, and statistical reports for client management and cybersecurity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong written and oral communication skills to prepare and present reports, business cases, submissions, project plans, status reports, planning documents, system models, artifacts, and operational policies.
• Ability to consult with internal staff and stakeholders on security practices and program options.
• Capability to present information, options, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills to elicit support from multiple levels of the organization for new initiatives.
• Ability to evaluate incident management scenarios, operational policy requirements, identify options, and make recommendations on security matters.
• Experience conducting security reviews, providing risk assessments, and managing risks within program budgets.
• Skill in assessing differing security needs and business requirements, and conducting reviews.
