Qualifications

• Architecte licencié avec au moins cinq ans d'expérience en projet.
• Connaissance du Code du bâtiment de l'Ontario (Partie 3) et CCDC 2 2020.
• Passionné par la gestion de projets et le travail en équipe.

Responsibilities

• Diriger des projets et des équipes de conception.
• Collaborer avec le Chef architecte et l'équipe de direction.
• Participer à toutes les étapes des projets, de la planification à la construction.

• Are you a licensed Architect (OAA) with at least five years of project experience?
• Are you well versed in building envelope systems, the Ontario Building Code (Part 3), and CCDC 2 2020?

Your Role

• Leading projects and design teams.
• Working alongside the Chief Architect and leadership to drive projects forward.
• Collaborating with team members as part of an integrated project team, including execution, design, and reporting.
• Engaging through all project stages, from definition through planning, design, and construction, recognizing opportunities, understanding client needs, and managing and delivering projects.
• Providing architectural design and contract administration for various commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
• Liaising with clients, engaging in business leadership, and client development activities.
• Participating in preparing proposals, reports, specifications, contract documents, and budgets.
• Traveling between offices across Ontario and potentially across Canada to meet project needs or for training.
