Duration : 1 year, with possibility of extensions

Procom is seeking a skilled SharePoint Web Architect to provide expert design, development, and administration support for SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint platforms. The role includes gathering user requirements, creating architectural designs, developing custom solutions, testing, and supporting implementation to optimize collaboration and document management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and SharePoint usage.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and architecture, ensuring usability and compliance with governance policies.
• Develop and implement custom SharePoint features and workflows using modern SharePoint tools and frameworks.
• Support SharePoint migration and upgrade activities from SharePoint 2019 to Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint.
• Create test plans, conduct testing, and provide post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain Office suite integrations including MS InfoPath forms and PowerApps.

Mandatory Technical Qualifications

Education & Experience :

• A degree, diploma, or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution in : Website Development; or Computer Programming
• Minimum of 60 months experience within the last 96 months in website support and design.

SharePoint Experience :

• Minimum of 60 months combined experience within the last 96 months in programming, developing, maintaining, and designing SharePoint architecture.
• Minimum of 36 months experience within the last 96 months using or operating the following SharePoint components : Content Types Term Store SharePoint Features (version 2016 or later) Standard SharePoint WebParts (version 2016 or later) SharePoint Administration and Security / Permissions
• Minimum of 72 months combined experience within the last 96 months in troubleshooting and programming Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint architecture using tools such as : SharePoint Designer (2016 or later) Nintex Workflow Office Suite and MS InfoPath (2016 or later) or Microsoft PowerApps and InfoPath
