Dalhousie University is seeking a Data and Operations Specialist for the Registrar’s Office in Halifax. You will provide student information, data reporting, and systems operational support across multiple units and sites.
You will report to the Manager, Enrolment Systems Operations, and collaborate on ad hoc reporting, data integrity, and process improvements while maintaining security standards and compliance. Hybrid work is available within Nova Scotia.
Salary $30.00 - $37.98 per hour ($50,695 - 64,180 per annum, 32.5 hours per week)

The Registrar’s Office (RO) is a large, multi‑unit, multi‑site operation that supports students throughout their academic journey, from enrolment to convocation and beyond. Through a wide range of services and functions, the RO provides critical support for the University’s mission while safeguarding the integrity of institutional policies and student records. Reporting to the Manager, Enrolment Systems Operations, the Data and Operations Specialist is a key resource in providing student information, data, reporting, and systems operational support for the Registrar’s Office and external departments.

The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in‑person work on campus and remote work from within Nova Scotia) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.
