Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform to own the data infrastructure, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that leadership relies on. You will design and maintain the underlying data, produce dashboards and models, and identify where AI can replace repetitive work.

You will operate as both a builder and a partner, coordinating with Research, Sales Enablement, and IPS account managers while delivering scalable analytics to inform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering or applied analytics; CRE exposure preferred.
• Advanced Excel; strong SQL and Python (or R).
• Fluency with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• IT concepts knowledge; ability to partner with technology teams.
• Finance and investment analysis principles in CRE.

Responsibilities

• Own data infrastructure and analytical output for the National Industrial platform.
• Design, build, and maintain core datasets for Investor and Occupier business development and executive decision making.
• Translate analytical output into presentation-ready deliverables for internal and client-facing use.
