Job summary

JDI - Construction & Equipment Division is seeking an Analytics Delivery Specialist to coordinate and deliver analytics solutions that align with business needs. You will act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and the analytics team, shaping tailored solutions and supporting change across the organization.

You will work with business representatives to understand requirements, drive data-driven initiatives, and promote standardized analytics practices across multiple units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, process improvement, or project coordination roles.
• Proven experience in a centralized analytics or transformation environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification or equivalent.
• Prosci Change Management certification or relevant experience.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of analytics and data concepts, including data modeling and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

• Improve coordination between business, data, and reporting functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption of analytics solutions through structured change management approaches and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to transition from ad-hoc reporting to scalable, standardized analytics solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data management.
