Gestion Zagora's Data Strategy & Innovation team is seeking an analytics role that transforms raw data into trusted numbers. You will validate warehouse data, build checks, and sign off on clean ERP migration data.

You’ll produce weekly and monthly KPI reports in French and English using SQL on BigQuery, answer leadership questions, and help turn operational questions into scalable data structures. This entry point on our analytics career ladder includes bi-weekly sessions and potential growth

Formación

• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience reconciling large, inconsistent data sets line by line.
• Bilingual in French and English; able to produce reports in both languages.
• Background in finance, accounting, economics, or other quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Validate warehouse data against rent rolls, unit counts, lease terms, collections and vacancy.
• Build reconciliation checks and resolve variances with operating teams.
• Validate ERP migration data set and sign off on what is clean.
• Produce recurring weekly and monthly KPI reporting for leadership in French and English, using SQL on BigQuery.
• Answer leadership queries by defining the metric, pulling data and presenting the answer.
• Help turn operational questions into scalable data structures.

Gestion Zagora manages more than 8,000 residential units across Canada and the United States. The Data Strategy & Innovation team works with Finance, Asset Management, Operations, Accounting and Leasing to replace manual reporting with automated, verified numbers. You report to the Head of Data Strategy & Innovation and become the person leadership asks when they need to know what the data actually says.This is the first step on our analytics career ladder, with bi-weekly internal technical sessions and a path toward owning a reporting domain.

What you’ll do

• Validate warehouse data against reality: rent rolls, unit counts, lease terms, collections and vacancy
• Build reconciliation checks and resolve variances with the operating teams
• Validate the ERP migration data set by set and sign off on what is clean
• Produce recurring weekly and monthly KPI reporting for leadership in French and English, in SQL on BigQuery
• Answer leadership’s questions: define the metric, pull the data and present the answer
• Help turn operational questions into data structures that scale

What we’re looking for

• Strong SQL: joins, aggregations, window functions, and checking your own output
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfort reconciling large, inconsistent data sets line by line
• Clear written and spoken French and English: our reports, stakeholders and source data are bilingual
• A background in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or another quantitative field
