Job summary

Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Vancouver office on a full-time, permanent basis. You will collect, organize, and analyze data to support strategic decisions and operational improvements, and translate findings into actionable reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytic mindset, experience with SQL, Excel, and Tableau, and excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
