Job summary

Fix One is looking for a Data Analyst to turn the numbers behind our calls, jobs and campaigns into reporting the team can actually act on. You’ll work across marketing, sales and operations data, build the dashboards everyone relies on, and flag what needs attention before it becomes a problem.

You’ll build dashboards across marketing, sales and operations, track job volume, call performance and campaign results, consolidating data from the CRM, phone system and ad platforms, while analysing

Qualifications

• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience working with raw data from multiple sources.
• Clear, structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Able to present findings clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• Familiarity with CRM or field-service data is an asset.
• SQL or BI tooling knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for management.
