Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support a Claims Analytics team with strong SQL, Python, and reporting experience. The role focuses on hands-on analysis, actionable insights, and stakeholder communication, with exposure to MicroStrategy and Power BI within a growing BI environment.

You will analyze large datasets, build reporting solutions, and partner with business stakeholders to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong Python experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with MicroStrategy, Power BI, and/or Tableau
• Ability to work independently in a highly analytical environment
• Comfortable communicating directly with business stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
