Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Solution Designer / Product Lead to support a strategic executive reporting and analytics platform within Wealth Management, partnering with business leaders, technology teams and vendors to deliver dashboards and data-driven insights.

You will gather requirements, design KPI dashboards, validate data quality, manage the product backlog, support deployments, and drive user adoption through training and change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, analytics, reporting, product ownership, or solution design.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Strong dashboard design, KPI development, and data visualization experience.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile teams and third-party vendors.
• Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services experience.
• AWS or cloud analytics experience.
• Exposure to AI, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
