DASCH in Winnipeg seeks a Program Manager for the DASCHWorks employment and career development program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DASCH is a non‑profit organization established in 1974 dedicated to exploring and meeting the residential, day program, respite and foster care needs of youth and adults. All our programs are based in Winnipeg. Our residential program consists of over 50 homes, our day services program consists of two day programs and our educational program called DASCHWorks supports people in finding and maintaining meaningful employment. People can participate in personalized social, educational, vocational and recreational services that provide learning opportunities and greater independence. The DASCHWorks Program Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for DASCH’s employment and career development program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role leads high‑quality, person‑centered services that support participants to explore their strengths, build employment readiness, pursue meaningful work, and participate actively in the community. The Program Manager is accountable for program delivery, staff supervision, employer and community partnerships, participant outcomes, reporting, quality improvement, and responsible use of approved workplace technology.
Post‑secondary education in human services, disability studies, vocational rehabilitation, education, business, social work, human resources, nonprofit management, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of supported employment, customized employment, job carving, person‑centred planning, adult learning, workplace accommodations, and inclusive employment practices.
Full Time Monday to Friday Must be able to flex work hours based on position needs.
$58,760 to $69,160 annually
