DASCH (DIRECT ACTION IN SUPPORT OF COMMUNITY HOMES INCORPORATED) is hiring for a role focused on building independence and meaningful employment for adults with intellectual disabilities in Winnipeg. You will facilitate Learning Labs, help participants identify strengths and career goals, and create hands-on learning experiences through tours, shadows, projects and simulations.

DASCHWorks is building a different kind of employment program for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. We help participants discover their strengths, explore careers, build workplace skills, gain real experience, secure meaningful employment and develop greater independence.

In this role, you will:
