Job summary

Canada’s National Ballet School (NBS) in Toronto is seeking an Administrator for Comprehensive Dance Programs. You will provide administrative and operational support across Young Dancers and Adult Ballet programs, coordinating schedules, records, and communications while delivering responsive service to students and families.

Responsibilities include attendee tracking, invoice processing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

Qualifications

• Organized, dependable and service-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with data entry, records management, reporting, and databases.
• Experience in customer or student services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Young Dancers Program and Adult Ballet class schedules, attendance, auditions and related student activities.
• Coordinate studio reservations, A/V setup, and other event logistics as required.
• Maintain departmental schedules, meetings, travel and other admin commitments.
• Prepare student reports and liaise with the Registrar’s Department regarding records.
• Provide timely and professional customer service to students, families and staff.
• Support communications, reports and administrative materials for the department.
• Assist with performances, auditions, workshops, special events and program activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant and departmental information.
