Alberta Ballet is seeking an experienced Company Manager to oversee all operations related to dancers and guest artists. The role reports to the Director of Production and Touring and is a full-time year-round position with extended health benefits and paid vacation.

Responsibilities include coordinating travel logistics, ensuring programming aligns with the Alberta Ballet Agreement, preparing contracts, securing suppliers, and managing budgets for dancers, the Artistic Director and guest

Competenze

• Experience managing operations for dancers and guest artists.
• Knowledge of Actors Equity Alberta Ballet Agreement.
• Full-time availability and flexibility for touring schedules.

Mansioni

• Coordinate travel logistics for dancers, staff and production personnel.
• Ensure programming complies with the Canadian Actors Equity Alberta Ballet Agreement.
• Prepare dancer contracts and provide administrative support for engagements.
• Research, contract suppliers and service-in-kind providers for travel arrangements.
• Manage and report budgets for dancers, Artistic Director, guest artists and accommodations.
