Brainial in Utrecht is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region. You will own a portfolio of German-speaking clients, ensure rapid value and adoption of our AI-driven bid platform, and collaborate with Sales, Support and Product.

You’ll run German-language training, tailor onboarding to client goals, monitor adoption and renewal health, and help scale usage across large accounts while reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German and fluent English.
• Experience in customer success or onboarding in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding programs for DACH clients.
• Learn each client’s tendering process and tailor onboarding.
• Help clients upload data, configure workflows, and set up dashboards.
• Run German-language training sessions.
• Gather feedback and share insights with product and development teams.
