Job summary
North American Services Inc. (NASI) is seeking Dozer Operators to join our remote mining site team in the Fort McMurray area. You will operate Dozers (D10 and larger), read stakes to place grades, and ensure safety policies are followed at all times.
The role offers a base rate up to $42.90/hour with room for growth, weekly pay, and benefits. Transportation to site is provided, and accommodation at camp is not included. Be part of NASI under CLAC collective agreement.
Qualifications
- Operate Dozers (D10 and larger)
- Oilsands experience is required
- Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Safety-first attitude and adherence to policies
Responsibilities
- Operate various sizes and models of Dozers as assigned
- Read stakes and place grades as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Use PPE and safety equipment appropriately
- Review safe work plans and hazard assessments
- Complete equipment walk-arounds and safety checks
- Report repairs to maintenance or supervisors
- Report incidents or near misses immediately
