• 7–10 years of extensive project management experience or related degree.
• Proven track record delivering complex customer projects and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies including risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer programs for defined product and service scopes per guidelines.
• Plan and update customer project plans, coordinate change management for cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Align forecasts across project finance, product, and service, and support pre-sales and sales processes.
• Determine and manage delivery approach alternatives and select final recommended approach.
• Oversee handovers from Sell to Execute and from Delivery to Care.
• Initiate and execute project contract management processes for customization to project requirements.
• Manage customer relationships during delivery as the primary interface.
• Address customer complaints and changing requirements.
• Prepare and implement communication plans for customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control delivery within approved budgets and profitability forecasts.
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and opportunities and pursue renewals.
