Job summary

Bilinguallink is seeking a Customs & Transportation Compliance Coordinator to coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring import/export documentation is compliant and well-handled.

You will collaborate with our customs broker, carriers, logistics, operations, and procurement teams to optimize procedures, monitor regulatory changes, and track performance of your supply chain activities.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in import/export, customs compliance, or transportation
  • A college degree in logistics, operations managing, business administration, international trade, or a related field; or a relevant DEC with significant experience
  • A solid understanding of customs processes, compliance standards, and Incoterms
  • Proficiency with computer tools, particularly Excel and an ERP system
  • Experience with SAP: a plus
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
  • Working knowledge of English required to communicate with our English-speaking partners

Mission

Do you have a background in customs and transportation and want to develop your expertise in a stimulating and dynamic environment? This role will allow you to contribute directly to the efficiency, compliance, and performance of our supply chain.

As a Customs & Transportation Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating domestic and international transportation activities while ensuring the compliance of import and export documentation. You’ll collaborate with our customs broker, carriers, logistics team, operations, and procurement to ensure efficient, compliant, and well-structured processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
